Fair handling for digital delivery.
This policy explains how Planner reviews refund requests for paid digital products and failed credit redemptions.

Payments and free files
Planner offers paid credit options through Stripe Checkout. Free downloads require no payment and therefore are not eligible for a monetary refund. Credits purchased through a recurring plan are added only after each successful billing event.
Digital product purchases
Because digital files can be accessed or copied immediately, paid purchases are generally final once a download or account entitlement has been delivered, except where this policy or applicable law provides otherwise. In some regions, asking for immediate digital delivery may require you to acknowledge that a cancellation right ends once access begins.
When we will review a refund
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Planner cannot deliver the purchased file or entitlement after a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.
- The delivered file is materially defective or materially different from its product description.
- The purchase was unauthorized and reported promptly.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Requests we generally cannot approve
- A change of mind after the digital file or entitlement was made available.
- A disclosed compatibility limitation, device limitation, or file format mismatch.
- Failure to read the product description, license, or included-file list before purchase.
- Loss or deletion after a successful download when a replacement copy can reasonably be provided.
Credit redemptions
A credit redemption is not a cash purchase. If a confirmed system error deducts credits without creating the promised entitlement, contact us so we can review the ledger and restore the affected credits or provide access. Promotional or earned credits are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
How to request help
Email contact@digitalplanner.shop with your refund request within 14 days of the charge or failed delivery. Include your account email, order or product identifier, purchase date, and a concise description of the issue. Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.
We may ask for reasonable evidence and may offer a replacement file or corrected access before issuing a refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Consumer rights
This policy does not exclude or limit statutory rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. If local law grants a stronger remedy, that remedy controls.
